You’re probably taking a few days off in celebration of July 4, and as my retail experience indicates, you’ve earned it! But before you do, you’ll want to send your shoppers off in style. If you haven’t done so already, consider putting together a front-and-center display of your best jewels in red, white, and blue, or gather your best fireworks lookalikes, such as the starburst and sun-ray designs. Customers won’t be able to resist taking home a piece for their festivities, so be sure to clue them in before they hit the road.
