The International Gemological Institute announced Dec. 8 its
website now includes a Chinese
The company’s goal is to recognize China as the second
largest market for diamonds, and ensure Chinese-speaking users can access all
areas of the site, including those regarding educational offerings, the importance
of certification, the 4Cs, buying with confidence, jewelry care tips, and a
glossary of common fine jewelry terms.
The site, which was relauched in October of this year, now
supports IGI’s presence in China, including its School of Gemology and
laboratories in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
