HSN CEO Grossman Resigns

 

HSN Inc. CEO Mindy Grossman has stepped down to take a role as the president and CEO of Weight Watchers.

Her resignation takes effect May 24. Grossman has served in the role since 2006.

The board is searching for her successor. In the meantime, the board has established the office of the chief executive to manage day-to-day operations and engage with the board.

The office of the chief executive is comprised of chief financial officer Rod R. Little, HSNI chief marketing officer and HSN president William C. Brand, and chief operating officer and president of Cornerstone Brands Judy A. Schmeling.
