JCK welcomes all industry news releases, whether pertaining to manufacturing, retailing, general news, or new product introductions. We accept news releases via mail, courier, fax, and email, but email is preferred. See instructions below.

All news releases should contain the pertinent facts relating to the product or event, plus the company’s complete name, address, zip code, telephone, fax, and email information.

Jewelry product news should include

• What the product is (e.g. necklace, bracelet, etc.)

• What the materials are (metal, karatage, diamonds/gems/pearls, carats or dimensions, etc.)

• A suggested RETAIL price.

Equipment, packaging, display, or service product news should include as complete a description as possible about the product and its use. General news (appointments, expansions, moves, events, awards, etc.) should cover the five W’s: who, what, where, when, why.

Images should be clearly named and accompanied by a description of the product or people in it. We prefer digital images, which must be high-resolution (300 dpi) and large. We also accept color slides, transparencies, or prints.
