Rosanna Fiedler’s professional résumé is filled with some of the fashion industry’s best-known and most respected names—Giorgio Armani, Brunello Cucinelli, Catherine Malandrino, Gilles Mendel, Oscar de la Renta.
These apparel-and-accessories visionaries and their teams taught Fiedler about luxury marketing, visual storytelling, and the importance of perfect craftsmanship in every aspect of their work. Now Fiedler is taking those lessons to Wyld Box, a jewelry brand that she describes as the culmination of her eye, experience, and enjoyment of jewelry.
“After two decades in building businesses for others, I realized it was time to channel my experience in merchandising, my passion for vintage, and my love for jewelry into something deeply personal—something that could stand as a legacy of my own,” Fiedler says. “I wanted to create a brand where every decision, every design reflected my vision.”
And what a vision it is—Wyld Box is Fiedler’s expression of self in its deepest form. She creates bold, statement-making designs inspired by her Roman heritage and innate fascination with coins. It also shows her love for vintage, preserving history, and breathing new life into classic heirloom jewelry.

Fiedler was born in Venezuela to Italian parents whose roots go back to Sicily and Rome. When she was 13, the family moved to Italy, helping Fiedler learn more about her heritage, she says. Then, at 18, she moved to New York City to start working in fashion.
“My first job was with Giorgio Armani, which I consider one of the best foundations in fashion anyone could ask for,” Fiedler says. “My role involved liaising between production and Italy, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of the industry and refine my skills.”
Fiedler stayed with Armani from 1996 through 2004, and her favorite role there was as an account executive for the Women’s Collection. She says she gained skills and knowledge from the best of the best in the fashion industry, shaping whom she is today.
“One of my most cherished memories was spending two unforgettable weeks in the Milan studio, working directly with Mr. Armani to merchandise the next collection,” Fiedler says. “Those days were nothing short of magical, an experience etched in my heart as a former moment in my career.”

To keep growing as a designer, Fiedler spent a year with Brunello Cucinelli, where she learned that a luxury master also could be a person who focused on humanity and purpose. In 2005, she joined Malandrino, learning about international business and global fashion.
She joined the House of J. Mendel in 2007, and for the next seven years she helped open three shop-in-shops in South Korea, hosted trunk shows, and learned more about couture culture. The next three years from 2014 to 2017 were with Oscar de la Renta, where she says she learned about brand legacy and a designer’s long-lasting influence on an industry.
“The challenge of working without the presence of such an iconic figure was significant, but it also reinforced the importance of ensuring the brand’s vision and values were carried forward with respect and integrity,” Fiedler says. “This experience has deeply influenced how I approach Wyld Box Jewelry—crafting timeless pieces while honoring the legacies that inspire me.”
Her status as a fashion insider allowed Fiedler to work as a consultant through 2024, when she debuted Wyld Box. Running her own business showed that Fiedler could build a brand, manage its expansion, and deliver real results.
From her childhood bangles to her 1970 vintage Bulgari diamond coin necklace to her own Wyld Box designs, Fiedler says her love for jewelry continues to deepen.
“Each piece is a personal connection, a reminder of pivotal moments, and an enduring bond with my roots. Jewelry should be more than beautiful—it should feel meaningful and empowering, resonating with the wearer for years to come,” she says.
