
Phillips has named Arthur Touchot, the former senior European editor of online watch publication Hodinkee, as its specialist and head of digital strategy.
Geneva, Switzerland–based Touchot will expand the digital presence of the watch-centered auction house, which now goes by Phillips in Association with Bacs & Russo.
He plans to increase its presence into new markets, digital advertising, and social media.
