OK! magazine’s exclusive photos and report of Grey’s Anatomy actress Katherine Heigl and musician Josh Kelley’s Dec. 23 wedding in Park City, Utah, have hit the newsstand. Heigl, 29, and Kelley, 27, worked with Heigl’s pet jewelry designer, Ryan Ryan, to create the couple’s wedding bands and Heigl’s engagement ring: a 3.00 ct. pear shape surrounded by pavé. Us magazine reported that “the sparkler has sentimental value. Half of the platinum band is from her mother’s own engagement ring.” Heigl complemented her stardust with a beautiful, fitted Oscar de la Renta gown.

OK!: How did you choose your rings?
Katherine: Mine is a diamond-and-sapphire eternity band. I designed both with my jeweler Ryan Ryan, who also did the engagement ring and does all my red carpet jewelry. For Josh, since he’s a rocker, I wanted him to have a funky band, so it’s wide platinum.
Josh: It looks like it’s been woven; it twinkles a bit, like it has tiny diamonds. I was kind of nervous about what she would have me wear, but I thought, “This girl’s cool; she’ll do something cool for me.”
