Beverly Hills, Calif.–based Heritage Auctions has hired watch expert Jonathan Burford as timepiece consignment director for its home office.
Most recently, Burford, who has collected wristwatches since a young age, worked for collectible sales company Privatus, as head of watches and fine timepieces. He was also luxury consultant to the British International Motorshow and curator to its Heritage Collection, as well as a number of U.K.-based luxury Concours d’Elegance events.
