Hearts On Fire has promoted vice president of marketing Caryl Capeci to chief marketing officer.
Capeci joined the Boston-based company in 2007. She currently leads its global marketing and publicity efforts as well as its e-commerce business and digital marketing development.
Before joining Hearts On Fire, Capeci worked for 10 years on the De Beers account at N.W. Ayer & Son and later at J. Walter Thompson.
“This is a huge move for the company, as it has invested significant resources in the past few years to grow its e-commerce, digital, and traditional marketing initiatives and increase brand awareness around the world,” says spokeswoman Angie Kielt.
