Hearts On Fire has dismissed its case against De Beers Diamond Jewelers, according to court papers filed in the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, on Oct. 13.
The case, launched Aug. 3, claimed De Beers’ retail chain had infringed on its “Sublime” mark. No court papers have been filed since then.
In the “notice of dismissal with prejudice,” both sides agreed to bear their own attorney fees, and to waive their rights to appeal.
