Nayla Hayek, a member of the family that controls Swatch Group, will become CEO of Harry Winston, the company announced.
She replaces Frédéric de Narp, who held the post for three years, but left when Swatch bought Harry Winston in March.
Hayek has already been filling the role of Winston chairwoman.
Nayla Hayek is the daughter of Swatch Group founder Nicolas G. Hayek, who died in June 2010, as well as the brother of current group CEO Nick Hayek.
