Hannah Florman Puts Her Signature on Debut Collection

Bespoke jewelry designer Hannah Florman (pictured) is evolving as she marks her 10th anniversary in the industry, releasing her first collection, a tribute of sorts to the “quiet luxury” aesthetic that has become her signature.

The Signature x HF collection comprises 30 pieces that Florman considers jewelry wardrobe must-haves, including diamond drop huggies, tennis bracelets and necklaces, and keepsakes such as initial pendants and customizable lockets. All pieces are made to order in 14k gold (yellow, white, or rose) with natural or lab-grown diamonds.

Florman, a former litigator, founded her eponymous brand in 2016. She says it has grown over the past few years through engagement commissions and self-purchasing customers. Signature x HF offers elegance and quality for those women.

“I’ve paid close attention to what clients actually wear, what they come back for, and which pieces become part of their everyday lives,” says Florman. “Those insights shaped everything from scale and proportion to comfort and versatility.

Hannah Florman Fine Jewelry’s customized locket necklace (from $2,200) can be engraved with any design, including a child’s drawing.

“This collection also reflects how many women are buying fine jewelry today: thoughtfully, independently, and for themselves,” she continues. “These pieces aren’t designed solely for milestones or gifting moments, but for women who want jewelry that feels personal, wearable, and reflective of who they are right now.”

The Multi-Shape earrings (from $4,000), for example, can be worn casually at work or dressed up for an evening on the town. They feature round, baguette, and pear-cut diamonds set in a way that creates an instant ear stack.

Another of Florman’s favorites from the Signature x HF collection is the Curved Channel-Set ring (priced from $3,200), a softly wavy band that is playful yet polished.

“People have been loving this as a single-stack ring that shines beautifully on its own. We’ve also seen many brides pick it out as an unconventional wedding band or complement stack to their engagement ring,” the designer says.

While Signature x HF includes pieces that women might select for their wedding bands, Florman sees the jewelry as part of their regular wardrobe yet suitable for celebratory occasions, too.

Discussing the timing of her collection, she says, “To me, winter is when jewelry becomes a bit more personal. When a sentimental locket rests beneath cashmere or a diamond surprises your dinner date only once you take off your coat, the season turns jewelry into something intimate—pieces you wear for yourself, not for visibility.”

As for the timing within her career, Florman feels that Signature x HF speaks to where she and her company are at this point in her jewelry journey.

“I’ve spent my entire career working one-on-one with clients—learning how they live, what they reach for every day, and what they want a piece to quietly carry for them. I didn’t want a collection to erase that feeling,” she says.

“Every piece I’ve ever made has been created through conversation, trust, and care,” adds Florman. “Signature x HF is made to order, which allows me to preserve that spirit. Even as the work becomes more visible, it’s still rooted in intention and personal connection.”
