Hamilton Jewelers’ revamp of its Worth Avenue boutique in Palm Beach offers a master class in jewelry store design, blending luxury and comfort as the modern jewelry customer wants, company officials say.
The boutique reopened its doors in December, showing off exclusive new collections within custom-designed spaces and an expanded bridal salon.
“Hamilton is fortunate to have worked with an amazing design team on many of our past few renovations, including a seven-year project that was just competed in 2024 in our historic landmark building in Princeton, N.J.,” says Anne Russell, Hamilton Jewelers’ executive vice president. “We engaged Tom Pulk of Pulk Design and leaned on his amazing taste and direction for the finished product.”

Pulk’s makeover of the Palm Beach store is one of subtle elegance that fits its warm-weather and vacation-vibe location, Russell says. The walls and ceiling are light and bright, so the wood-framed glass cases stand out. In the middle of the store, round cases allow customers to have a 360-degree view of the jewelry inside.
A geometric pattern in the flooring brings softness to the space, along with upholstered chairs and barstools throughout the boutique. Pops of blue inside the display cases act as backdrops for the jewelry, attracting eyes around the salon.
Hamilton Jewelers opened its first store in Palm Beach in 1977 and has been at 215 Worth Ave. since 1983. Irving Siegel, who’d owned the New Jersey–based retailer since 1927, had moved to Palm Beach to retire but saw Worth Avenue’s potential as a shopping destination, says Hank Siegel, Irving’s grandson and the current president and CEO.

“The complete reenvisioning of our Worth Avenue store represents one milestone moment amongst many for Hamilton in Palm Beach over the years,” Hank Siegel says. “We are grateful for the ability to combine our history on the island and relationships forged with clients over generations here with an in-store experience befitting our reputation and the world-class boutique we’ve built.”
The store renovation includes a new salon for Swiss watch brands Breguet, Breitling, and Tudor, designed by Tudor’s European team; an updated bespoke space for engagement and wedding ring shopping; and a renovated area that highlights designer jewelry as well as long-standing brand partners exclusive to Hamilton in the U.S. market, such as Fred.
“We are looking to the future with new contemporary jewelry partners like Giorgio B, which we are launching as the collection’s exclusive Florida retailer,” Russell says. “We also added more lounge spaces and seating so that we can entertain our guests comfortably in a beautiful environment.”
