On Jan. 13, Groupon bought fashion flash e-tailer Ideeli for $43 million in cash.
Founded in 2007, Ideeli sells men’s and women’s apparel and accessories, including jewelry.
“Ideeli extends our fashion presence and brings great relationships with many of the top brands in apparel,” said Groupon CEO Eric Lefkofsky in a statement.
Ideeli will continue to operate as a separate website and will maintain its New York City headquarters.
The site has six million members.
Inc. called Ideeli “the fastest growing company of 2011,” with three-year revenue growth of 40,000 percent.
