Grimoldi Milano, the Italian luxury watch brand, has established its own U.S. office and showroom in New York City.

The new office will handle all sales and distribution of the company’s Swiss-made timepieces, which are known for their large oval shapes. The brand had been distributed by Helvetia Time of Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

Barbara Kogan-Bodine is the new managing director of Grimoldi USA and will oversee the North American sales force. She’s the former director of International Sales at Gori & Zucchi Inc. and Liz Claiborne.
