Leonard
R. Polivy has been named managing director of the retail division of the Gordon
Brothers Group, the restructuring and advisory company announced March 22.

Polivy
began his jewelry career with Gordon Brothers Group in the mid-1980s, and went
on to become the president of a wholesale diamond company.

He
returned to Gordon Brothers Group in 2009 after holding other management
positions and working on valuing and restructuring clients within the jewelry
sector

“In
his new role, Lenny’s expertise reinforces the longstanding reputation that
Gordon Brothers Group has in the jewelry industry,” Kevin Kulinowski, president
of the retail division at Gordon Brothers Group, said in a statement. “His
commitment to assist jewelers across the country and improve many aspects of
their business has always been his passion.”
