Go Long With These 7 Pendants for an Instant New Look

Fashion’s most sought-after finds change with the rising sun, but if there is one era of style holding strong, it’s the ’70s: chunky gold; tassels; long, dangling earrings; and pendants. But one need not spring for an entire new stock of jewelry to appeal to the latest trends, sometimes all it takes is a new accessory. This works just as well for retailers. Give a pendant new life by displaying it on a long chain—30 inches or more. The look definitely fares better if the pendant is on the larger side; this isn’t the place for petite finds, as much as we adore them. I like the pendants on thick, yellow gold chains that appear to pave the way for the design hanging from them, and this could be a great way to sell some of those chains you have in stock, too. Here are seven looks that I think are great candidates for the switch up.
