The deadline is Sept. 30
The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is now accepting applications for scholarships for its 2017 Gemology and Jewelry Manufacturing Arts programs, courses, and lab classes.
Applications will be accepted through through Sept. 30 at GIA.edu/scholarships.
Scholarships are available for online and in-person classes at GIA campuses in Bangkok; Carlsbad, Calif.; Hong Kong; London; Mumbai, India; New York; and Taiwan as well as at GIA branches in Botswana and the United Arab Emirates.
Since 2013, GIA has awarded more than $5.5 million in scholarships to nearly 1,150 students.
