The diamond lab shares an owner with EGL USA
GHI Gemological Laboratory, the diamond lab that shares an owner with EGL USA, will have its reports listed on the RapNet trading service.
While EGL USA and GHI Gemological Laboratory have the same owner, they are different companies. GHI grades only white diamonds. It has more modern technology and is more consumer-focused, says spokesperson Deborah Jakubovic.
EGL USA was removed from RapNet when the service banned every EGL report from its network in 2014. The New York City–based lab has additional locations in Los Angeles and Miami.
