The Georgia Jewelers association will hold its annual convention Sept. 21-23 in at the Brasstown Valley resort. The resort is located in Young Harris, Ga., and is near the highest point in Georgia at Brasstown Bald. The fall setting offers beautiful vistas for members and guests to view as well as plenty of education opportunities.

Jewelers of America is helping the Georgia Jewelers present its speaker line up, who include Bill Hoefer, Rebecca Shemwell, and David Peters of JA. In addition, there will be roundtable discussions.

A cocktail reception and dinner in the resort’s Sunset Pavilion complete with a bluegrass band for entertainment will be held Sept. 22. The 2007 Design Contest and Georgia Jewelers annual meeting will take place on Sunday.
