The Gemmological Association of Great Britain has launched a new Gem-A Web site.
Gem-A officials in a statement said the new site has easy navigation across the pages and a “News and Events” module feature, so visitors can keep up to date with the latest press releases and Gem-A information locally and around the world. Members and press can also register to receive regular updates on the Association on its Press page, and a list of Fellow and Diamond members of the Association who have requested to have their names appear on the site will soon be available.
The launch of the new Web site is the first phase in the organization’s online development. A Members and student login area will be following soon, officials said.
