The Gemmological Association of Great Britain has awarded two scholarships to entrants of the 2013 Goldsmiths’ Craftsmanship & Design Awards.
Katie Jamieson and Stasia Tereszczuk were announced as the winners of the Gem-A Scholarship Award at the Craftsmanship & Design Award’s ceremony at the Goldsmiths’ Hall on March 4.
The scholarships, which give two budding designers the chance to study Gem-A’s one-week Diamond Practical Course held at Gem-A headquarters in Hatton Garden, London, were awarded as part of the association’s continued recognition of great design talent and support of gemological education across the United Kingdom.
