In May 2012, Gem Certification & Assurance Lab passed its fifth annual ISO 17025 Audit.
This audit expands its ISO scope to the field of Forensic Testing for Diamonds and Gemstone Analysis, the lab said.
ISO 17025 certifies the management and technical requirements of a laboratory and requires annual testing by the certifying body. The Laboratory Accreditation Bureau certified the lab.
