Penny will serve as nonexecutive chairman
Pangolin Diamonds Corp. has elected former De Beers CEO Gareth Penny as nonexecutive chairman of its board.
Penny spent 22 years at De Beers and Anglo American, including five as the group CEO of De Beers.
Penny is also nonexecutive chairman of MMC Norilsk Nickel and a nonexecutive director Julius Bär Holding Ltd.
Pangolin Diamonds Corp. is a diamond exploration and development company operating in Botswana.
