The new deadline is June 3
The Federal Trade Commission has agreed to the Jewelers Vigilance Committee’s request to extend comments about its upcoming revisions to its jewelry guides.
The deadline has been pushed back 60 days to June 3. The original deadline was April 4.
The process of revising the guides began in 2012. Last year, the FTC released its first round of proposed revisions to the widely used guides, along with 75 questions for the industry.
