Frederique Constant Promotes Niels Eggerding to Managing Director

Swiss watch brand Frederique Constant has promoted six-year company veteran Niels Eggerding to managing director.

In his new role, Eggerding will lead the Geneva, Switzerland–based watch brand’s day-to-day operations.

Eggerding has been with the company since 2012. In 2014, he was promoted to vice president of sales. Prior to that, he had 11 years of brand management experience in the watch industry, holding a variety of related positions.

In 2015 Frederique Constant introduced the first Swiss-made horological smartwatch with an analog dial.

The Frederique Constant group was acquired by Citizen Watch in 2016.
