Frederick Goldman Relocates to New Jersey

Frederick Goldman has relocated its operations to Secaucus, New Jersey, after 70 years in New York City.

After negotiating with the state, the company was awarded up to $20 million dollars in tax credits over 10 years.

The company has moved into an 88,000-square-foot former outlet center.  The building is solar powered and has zero process water discharge.
