Frederick Goldman Buys Joyeros Costarricenses

Acquisition gives it access to new bridal products, technologies

Frederick Goldman has purchased selected assets of Joyeros Costarricenses, a bridal jewelry company formerly based in Costa Rica.

“This gives us bridal products and automated technology that we didn’t have for our portfolio,” says company chairman and CEO Jonathan Goldman.

Operations of the 25-year-old company will relocate to Frederick Goldman’s facilities in Merida, Mexico and New York City. Company principal Jeff Rothstein is exiting the business.

Goldman says his company will look for similar opportunities for acquisitions.
