Fortunoff has hired CB Richard Ellis to
spearhead an office leasing campaign for approximately 114,000 square feet of
space at the former Fortunoff flagship store in Long Island, New York,
according to a local news report.

According to the report, the
remainder of the 220,000-square-foot property is currently planned to be set
aside for retail.  Last July, the Fortunoff
family bought back the intellectual property of the department store chain
bearing its name.
