Fortunoff Co., the New York department store and jeweler, leased an entire industrial facility at 150 Pulaski St. in Bayonne, NJ, from Dynamic Delivery Services, according to a report by CoStar Group, a company that specializes in commercial real estate information.
Built in 1974, the 240,980-square-foot warehouse sits on more than 10 acres and includes roughly 10,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of mezzanine space, according to the company. The building has 17 external loading docks and 14 internal docks, one drive-in bay, 24-foot ceiling heights, heavy power and truck parking.
Joseph Nitti of Sitar Co. ONCOR International represented the tenant. Nick Nitti and William Waxman of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Dynamic Delivery Services, according to the company.
