Former Signet CEO Michael Barnes is now heading Francesca’s, a chain of boutiques that features apparel, jewelry, and accessories.
Barnes will be chairman, president, and CEO of the Houston-based company, whose 538 stores “feel like independently owned, upscale boutiques,” it says.
Barnes stepped down from Signet on Oct. 31 to be closer to his family in Dallas.
