Diane Irvine, former CEO and president of jewelry e-tailer Blue Nile, is joining XO Group’s board of directors.
XO Group is the parent company of wedding website TheKnot.com, as well as sites related to marriage and pregnancy.
Irvine served as Blue Nile’s CEO from 2008 to 2011 and as chief financial officer prior to that.
At XO Group, she will chair the board’s compensation committee. She also serves on the boards of Yelp and CafePress.
