Forevermark hosted its first annual Forevermark Partner Forum at the Boca Raton Resort & Club to introduce new product and marketing initiatives.
Throughout the two-day event, invitees attended seminars on merchandising, digital marketing, public relations, grading and inscription, and supply. Forevermark manufacturers also displayed their new collections and inventory in a supplier exhibition.
During the forum, the company launched several new plans. Among the initiatives include the Forevermark Online Trading Network, which will allow retailers to efficiently access Forevermark diamonds, and e-learning, an online training program for Forevermark jewelers.
“Our goal is to offer U.S. consumers unbeatable assurances through Forevermark’s promise of beauty, rarity and responsible sourcing,” Stephen Lussier, CEO of Forevermark, said in his keynote address. “The Forum has allowed for unique partnerships to be cultivated, leading to a stronger future and path to success for the brand and our partners.”
