Diane Flora, CGA and Director of Education at the American Gem Society, will hold a seminar titled, “Selling with Certs,” at two separate industry events.
The first presentation will take place Aug. 2 in Atlanta during the SJTA Atlanta Jewelry Show, at 12:30. Flora will then hold the same seminar prior to the ARKLA (Arkansas/Louisiana) AGS guild meeting at the Peabody Hotel in Little Rock, Ark., on August 9, at 9 a.m.
In her presentation, Flora will discuss how diamond reports can be useful and valuable tools for increasing diamond sales.
This presentation will do the following:
* Address the information found in various diamond grading documents
*·Explain how proportion factors can affect the beauty AND the value
* Build your confidence in understanding overall diamond quality
At the AGS guild meeting in Little Rock, Flora will also discuss how to “Promote Your AGS Professionalism.” Topics will include building your store’s image, establishing your expertise and delivering successful presentations within your community.
