Fashion accessories designer Kathrine Baumann Beverly Hills has moved from the red carpet to the grid iron with her introduction of 3-D fashion compacts and double mirrors shaped like miniature footballs. The new collection of sports-themed designs has been released just prior to the start of the NFL season.
Nearly 50 million (44 percent) of all NFL fans are women with disposable income who control more than $150 million spent on women’s accessories, Baumann says.
Baumann football-shaped compact line can be ordered in silver plate, gold plate, or jeweled with Swarovski crystals, with or without a team logo. Teamed with Estee Lauder Powder refills, they are retailing from $50 to $145. The accessories also can be ordered in the shape of basketballs, baseballs, and soccer balls for fans of other sports franchises.
Baumann is also introducing a new collection of sports-themed Swarovski jeweled key rings with team logos at a retail price of $45 and Minaudieres with a retail price of $850.
