Extell, the company behind the plan to build an International Gem Tower on 47th Street, has purchased yet another Diamond District building, The New York Observer reports.
The building, 9 West 46th Street, is located between Fifth and Sixth Avenues in Manhattan, and was purchased for $10.2 million. The deal for the five-story building includes air rights. Extell also owns four buildings on West 46th Street, as well as 2 to 8 West 47th Street.
Extell was not available for comment.
