Estenza Geometric-Inspired Diamond and Colored Stone Jewelry Debuts

Meet Estenza, a recently founded jewelry firm from India that has set up shop in San Francisco. Founder Vijay Kedia started the business 45 years ago, making custom pieces for clients in Mumbai, India, and now his son and daughter-in-law, Vinay and Priyanka Kedia, are helping to bring the business to its next level of success in the United States.

Jewelry in the Estenza collection features modern but timeless geometric-inspired silhouettes—especially the navette—which is evident in stone shapes, use of negative space, and subtle effects in metal work. Fashion-forward pieces are made in 14k and 18k gold and are often set with oversize cuts of gems such as blue topaz and amethyst as well as diamond pavé. Estenza’s engagement rings, meanwhile, feature classic looks such as halo settings and split shanks, among others, and all have complementary bands. (Unique stackables are also available.) A Smart Luxe bridal line made in 14k gold offers entry price points starting at $1,050. Suggested retail prices for 14k gold fashion looks start at $2,500, while 18k gold bridal pieces start at $3,000.

The goal behind every piece made is the same: to offer the look and feel of high-end jewelry for everyday wear.

“I just don’t want to keep waiting for an occasion to wear my jewelry,” Priyanka told the press this week. “I want to be able to wear it every day.”
