Edge Retail Academy, which provides business coaching and data-driven insights for retail jewelers, has appointed Becka Johnson Kibby (left) its new CEO.
In her new role, Johnson Kibby will oversee the group’s day-to-day operations and finances.
Johnson Kibby has served as Edge’s vice president since 2023. She takes over from president and cofounder David Brown, who will become Edge’s chairman.
In addition, Edge has named Sherry Smith vice president of coaching strategy and development. Smith previously was director of business development.
In her new role, Smith will lead Edge Retail Academy’s business coaching program.
