It was a Golden night at the 68th annual Grammy Awards, with historic wins for K-pop and other genres, but the jewelry story centered on diamonds, diamonds, and even more diamonds on the red carpet and Grammy stage.
The politics-infused awards ceremony on Sunday night included the first ever Grammy for K-pop, going to the vocal divas behind KPop Demon Hunters for their self-empowerment song “Golden.” Superstar Kendrick Lamar won five of the nine categories he was nominated in, making him the most awarded rapper in Grammy history. And Bad Bunny’s beloved Debí Tirar Más Fotos became the first Spanish-language record to win Album of the Year.
Jewelry watchers perhaps had to squint for some of the subtler gemstone statements, but they could also see the work of red-carpet mainstays like Martin Katz, Tiffany & Co., Chopard, and Jacob & Co. at the Grammys.
Messika definitely stole the show with its diamond pieces, including the Desert Bloom earrings and Beloved Feather earcuff on K-pop diva Audrey Nuna (top) and its latest Moderniste collection earrings, worn by singer-songwriter Benson Boone.

We always have to shout out male stars who bring a jewelry stunner to their lapels, so kudos to singer Leon Bridges for his classic gold, diamond, and pearl pin from Saidian Vintage Jewels; Best New Artist nominee Alex Warren for an Elsa Peretti for Tiffany Amapola brooch in platinum with diamonds and black silk; and Grammys host Trevor Noah, who donned a Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany orchid brooch in platinum and 18k yellow gold with pink sapphires, turquoise, and diamonds.
Here are some more eye-catching looks from the Grammys.

Charlotte Lawrence

Singer-songwriter Charlotte Lawrence, who accompanied her boyfriend, Grammy performer and winner Andrew Watt, got lots of online ink for her chic black gown. But she caught our attention with her diamonds: From Messika’s private high jewelry collection, Lawrence wore a 7 ct. pear-shape diamond necklace and Fiery earrings.

Benson Boone

Boone made a show of pinky ring power with the Move and So pieces from Messika. The former American Idol contestant also debuted the maison’s Créole Moderniste earrings.

Audrey Nuna

Nuna, one of the “Golden” singers, told the AP that her showstopping Thom Browne ensemble was a tribute to her family, as her father made clothing for the designer at the factory her grandfather had established after immigrating to the U.S. The gown consisted of a deconstructed, oversize blazer with asymmetrical sleeves, white collared shirt, tie, and ruffled skirt.
It was accompanied by a suite of Messika high jewelry creations—not only the Desert Bloom earrings and Beloved Feather earcuff but also an 8 ct. emerald-cut diamond ring plus Night Owl, Desert Bloom, and Divine Enigma rings.
