For the second consecutive year, Diamond Staffing Solutions Inc. will be offering jewelers free one-hour staffing consultations June 3-5, during the JCK Show ~ Las Vegas.
Limousine transportation will be provided from the Sands Conventional Center, a hotel or the airport to a business conference suite in the Bellagio Hotel—allowing jewelers a respite from the show and a place to focus exclusively on staffing concerns.
“We offered this same service during last year’s Las Vegas Show, and it was enormously successful,” says Suzanne DeVries, president and founder of Diamond Staffing Solutions. “We want to make this a place where we can get to know our clients and also bring clients and candidates together in a relaxed, informal setting.”
Last year, the company flew in candidates from various parts of the country to meet with potential employers.
Consultations will be by appointment only. All jewelers seeking a private consultation will be asked to fill out a staffing questionnaire prior to meeting with Diamond Staffing Solutions Inc. This will help the firm identify and prioritize each company’s most important staffing challenges and enable both sides to make the most of the consultation.
