Diamond Staffing Solutions Expands Services

Diamond Staffing Solutions has expanded its exclusive services to the jewelry business in secret (mystery) shopping, store and staff evaluation, and career transition for downsized employees.

The company will introduce its new services to the market in January 2009.

“While our top priority continues to be helping each of our jewelry partners assemble their employee ‘Dream Team,’ we have seen first-hand that these additional services are sorely needed by jewelers today,” explained Suzanne DeVries (pictured), Diamond Staffing Solutions president and founder. “We believe these innovative programs perfectly complement our existing staffing services – and with our extensive industry knowledge, experience and expertise, we know we are the most qualified firm in the staffing business to offer these key programs to the jewelry trade.”

Diamond Staffing Solutions’ new services to the jewelry market are:

Secret Shopping – a pre-determined number of secret store shopping visits by Diamond Staffing Solutions, followed by a detailed report of the experience, specific recommendations, and active assistance in developing and implementing solutions to solve problem areas.

Store & Staff Evaluation – A comprehensive evaluation of a store’s entire staff, as well as its training program, compensation structure and other functions, with specific recommendations and active assistance in developing and implementing solutions to solve problem areas.

Career Transition for Downsized Employees – A complete range of outplacement services including individual counseling and career assessment, professional resume and cover letter writing, job search assistance and recommendations for future career direction and growth.

All of Diamond Staffing Solutions’ new expanded services can be combined with its other services in a custom program tailored to address each jewelry partner’s specific needs.
