Diamond Must-Haves From Mars Fine Jewelry

Though 2018 may be the biggest year for rainbow jewelry yet, it always feels good to incorporate a variety of styles into one’s repertoire.

That means springing for all the colors of the rainbow—in all-in-one designs and individual gemstone-set jewels, too—as well as both diamond jewelry and styles set with no gemstones at all.

Maybe this well-rounded way of collecting isn’t for everyone—there are those that love, say, emerald jewelry, and couldn’t possibly ever want anything else. In my opinion, if one was to choose just a single type of jewelry to own, the most popular answer would be diamond. Take this claim not as fact, but as mere observation: Owning diamond jewelry is the common denominator of the majority of people I know.

So it makes sense for retailers to stock diamond jewelry—it’s a store staple!—and there are so many different kinds to choose from. I like these pieces from Mars Fine Jewelry for their fashionable simplicity: There’s a trendiness about them, and yet, they’re pretty classic and easily wearable anytime, anywhere.

Mars is a brand I’ve written about before—its engagement ring selection, which the fine jeweler specializes in and has an impressive collection to prove it.

But it also possesses a fine jewelry collection (read: not wedding jewelry), and that’s pretty great, too. Although you will encounter colored gemstone jewelry in this lineup, I’ve chosen to highlight some of my favorites from the diamond department, because, well, I just spent all that time writing about why diamonds are so great.

So if you’re looking to beef up your summer and fall diamond jewelry selection, consider this a good place to start.
