Massey Knakal Realty Services has been retained on an exclusive basis by the owner to arrange for the sale of the building, which is located on the north side of West 46th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues in the Midtown West section of Manhattan.
The property lies three blocks south of Rockefeller Center and two blocks east of Times Square. The lobby and elevator cabs were recently renovated.
In other jewelry real estate news, the World Jewelry Center was given a six-year extension to begin construction, according to a news report. The new deadline is now August 2015.
