De Beers voluntarily dropped its complaint Nov. 1 against Adwar Casting and Dinaro Creations for allegedly infringing on its patents for the Everlon Diamond Knot collection, according to federal court documents.
The company sued retailer Kohl’s and a trio of New York jewelry manufacturers, including Adwar Casting and Dinaro, earlier this year.
