The Diamond Development Initiative will host a seminar titled “Ethical Facets in Diamond Sourcing” at JCK Las Vegas on June 1.
The session, set for 4 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. in the Tradewinds C seminar room, will focus on making sense of diamond sourcing standards in today’s economy.
Peggy Jo Donahue of DDI’s advisory group will moderate the event. Panelists will include: Rob Bates, senior editor of JCK Magazine; Jennifer Miller, business development at MJ Christensen; Dr. Fiona Solomon, director of standards development at the Responsible Jewelry Council; and Ngomesia Mayer-Kechom, manager for international programs at DDI.
