On Aug. 26, a Houston federal court dismissed David Yurman’s suit against Sam’s Club after the two sides arrived at a settlement.
Details of the settlement were not made public.
In September 2014, the designer sued the Wal-Mart-owned discounter for selling its products without authorization. Sam’s Club responded that while it did not acquire the products from Yurman, it sold them lawfully.
