Jewelry Coach, the skills and selling portal for the jewelry retail industry, has appointed David Peters chief learning officer.
Peters will manage all content development and delivery efforts, as well as work directly with jewelry retailers to develop customized business improvement and performance management programs.
Most recently, Peters served as director of education and industry relations for Jewelers of America (JA), where his areas of responsibility included education development and delivery, member benefit development, and jewelry trade relations. Prior to his more than 14 years at JA, Peters spent seven years as an instructor at the GIA and more than 16 years in the retail jewelry industry.
