The Italian jewelry house Damiani hosted special event at one of New York’s Le Cirque restaurant to celebrate its 80th anniversary and the recent opening of its Madison Avenue flagship boutique.

Academy Award-winning actress Tatum O’Neal; actresses Bai Ling and Gina Gershon; and Yoanna House, winner of “America’s Next Top Model” were among the celebrities from the cinema, modeling world, the arts, and high society who attended the event.

The event, hosted by Giorgio and Silvia Damiani, two of the heirs of the Damiani dynasty, featured the first exhibition of its commemorative collections titled, 1924 –200: Eighty Years of Italian Emotional Jewelry. It features unique jewels that were created to celebrate each of the decades the company has been in business and reflect the styles that were en vogue in each decade. The exhibit will travel to other destination as part of a world tour.

A hardcover book featuring photos and sketches of the jewels exhibited has been edited by Damiani to accompany the exhibit.
