Customer Relationship Workshop at JCK Las Vegas

A workshop entitled, “Behavioral Bling: Connecting With Your Customers and Colleagues,” is being offer on May 29, at JCK Las Vegas. The session is designed for store owners, managers, salespeople, and manufacturers—anyone who wants to increase their personal effectiveness and impact business performance.

Presented in partnership with TRACOM Group, leadership training and workplace performance specialists, participants will learn to adjust their own behavior to create productive working relationships with individuals of all social styles. Research proves that people who develop social style skills interact more effectively with clients, sell more, and are more productive at work.

This is an interactive training seminar that includes exercises, video vignettes, and focused discussions that raise awareness of the workplace behaviors and communication preferences that directly affect the ability of employees to work effectively with co-workers and clients to set themselves apart from their competition.
