A jewelry store robbery suspect was charged with first-degree larceny and being a fugitive from justice Wednesday, according to a local news report.
According to the report, Thomas Osborne turned himself in after swapping cubic zirconias for diamonds valued at more than $35,000 at Monarch Jewelers two months prior. The judge set bail at $350,000.
